ADMISSIONS

Our Lady of Fatima Excellence Academy has an open admission policy. The person must complete and submit the school application. There is a strict nondiscrimination policy in which no person, on the grounds of race, color, gender, religion, disability, immigration status, or national origin, is excluded or otherwise subjected to discrimination in the admission process and procedures. Age is an important factor to determine the grade for admission.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

  • Application completion and submission of documents to admission@olfea.education
  • Submit a 2x2 student picture
  • Submit a 2x2 picture of at least 1 parent and 1 alternate guardian
  • Submit transcripts from schools attended to verify earned credits
  • Submit a reference from a principal, teacher or learning coach
  • Submit medical & vaccination reports signed by a physician or nurse practitioner
  • Complete the Student Profile Form
  • Complete the Learner’s Assessment Questionnaire (LAQ)
  • Submit Application Fee of $125.00 US dollars
  • Parent and student Interview are required

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES:

  • Complete, sign and submit the Enrollment Agreement
  • Complete parent & student orientation
  • Activate the payment plan for out-of-state and international students

A student’s enrollment and/or graduation from school does not confer a legal status nor does it serve to regularize an undocumented student. The school may assist with the completion of an I-20 form, the school does not guarantee or confer any privileges or rights available to documented legal residents. Parents should consult with immigration legal counsel if they have any questions as to immigration status.

STUDENT ORIENTATION

Orientation is an important 4–6-hour event introducing the patent & student to the Our Lady of Fatima Excellence Academy community. Sessions will discuss school policies, technology requirements, access to CANVAS LMS and various items such as the schedules, textbooks, support services, and more.
