Application Requirements:
Please use this guide as a reference to begin the admissions process
- 1Application completion and submission of documents to admission@olfea.education
- 2Submit a 2x2 student picture
- 3Submit a 2x2 picture of at least 1 parent and 1 alternate guardian
- 4Submit transcripts from schools attended to verify earned credits
- 5Submit a reference from a principal, teacher or learning coach
- 6Submit medical & vaccination reports signed by a physician or nurse practitioner
- 7Complete the Student Profile Form
- 8Complete the Learner’s Assessment Questionnaire (LAQ)
- 9Submit Application Fee of $125.00 US Dollars
- 10Parent and student Interview are required
Upon acceptance, the student will be required to complete the following enrollment procedures:
- 1Complete, sign and submit the Enrollment Agreement
- 2Complete parent & student orientation
- 3Activate the payment plan for out-of-state and international students
