Application Requirements:

Please use this guide as a reference to begin the admissions process

    Application completion and submission of documents to admission@olfea.education

    Submit a 2x2 student picture
  3. 3
    Submit a 2x2 picture of at least 1 parent and 1 alternate guardian
  4. 4
    Submit transcripts from schools attended to verify earned credits
  5. 5
    Submit a reference from a principal, teacher or learning coach
  6. 6
    Submit medical & vaccination reports signed by a physician or nurse practitioner
  7. 7
    Complete the Student Profile Form
  8. 8
    Complete the Learner’s Assessment Questionnaire (LAQ)
  9. 9
    Submit Application Fee of $125.00 US Dollars
  10. 10
    Parent and student Interview are required

Upon acceptance, the student will be required to complete the following enrollment procedures:

    Complete, sign and submit the Enrollment Agreement
  2. 2
    Complete parent & student orientation
  3. 3
    Activate the payment plan for out-of-state and international students
